For a safe and efficient move, please empty and unlock your safe before our team arrives. This allows us to remove the door for easier transport. We can move safes up to 600 lbs, using moving pads and stretch wrap to protect both the safe and its door throughout the process.

Our Moving Policies
TVs:

All TVs must be packaged in a box.

We can provide TV boxes or you may supply your own.

If we package the TV, we take full responsibility; if not, we cannot be held responsible for damage.
Health & Safety:

Infestations (bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches) or strong ammonia odors violate our moving policy.

Homes must be in safe and move-ready condition for our team to work.
Furniture:

Dressers and other furniture must be emptied before moving.

We can remove drawers, but if they are fixed, the furniture must be empty.
Prohibited Items:

Paint, liquids, propane tanks, flammables, chemicals, and plants with dirt cannot be moved.
Scheduling & Cancellations:

Moving dates cannot be switched at the last minute.

A 48-hour notice is required for date changes or cancellations.

Deposits are non-refundable if proper notice is not given.
