4. Drive Time Charges: For services that require traveling over 45 miles, drive time is billed at an hourly rate of $150. This charge is applied to account for the additional time and resources spent on longer distances.

5. Discounts: A 10% discount is offered to veterans and seniors, which applies to the overall cost of the moving service.

6. Invoice: Customers receive an invoice detailing all services provided, the charges applied, and the final amount due after deposit and any discounts.
